Tottenham have won seven of their last eight matches against Crystal Palace, including a 4-0 win when the teams last met in September. Son Heung-Min scored twice in that game, while an own goal and Erik Lamela’s strike ensured Spurs were 4-0 up by half-time before a goalless second half. Crystal Palace’s form has completely evaporated, with seven defeats and barely any goals – including three consecutive 2-0 losses in their last three matches.
Compare that to Tottenham, who seemed to similarly sliding to a flat end to the season before claiming 13 points from the last five matches.
It has lifted them to within a point of Wolves and, while seventh might yet be enough to qualify for Europe, a win would give Spurs a shot at sixth – and guaranteed Europa League football.
And win they should. Palace’s dismal form has seen them drop out of the top half into an anonymous 14th place in the table.
Harry Kane’s goals have fired Spurs back up the table, meanwhile and the England captain will be key in this final game too.
Son Heung-Min has also hit form alongside him and between the two of them – and Lucas Moura, who set up Kane’s double last time out – they can earn all three points.
Palace’s poor attacking form is in stark contrast, and with Spurs much improved defensively since Toby Alderweireld’s return, a Spurs win to nil looks the best bet.

Tottenham can uphold their end of the bargain by beating out-of-form Palace. The only question will be whether that is enough to qualify for Europe.
Luka Milivojevic might not be risked as he recovers from a knee injury. In that case, he would join James Tomkins, Gary Cahill, Patrick van Aanholt and Mamadou Sakho on the sidelines. Christian Benteke will also miss out due to suspension. With Tomkins, Cahill and Sakho all out – the latter suffering a torn muscle in mid-week – it could be Martin Kelly who partners Scott Dann in central defence.
Jordan Ayew – Scored nine goals this season and often important ones too and the striker will want to end the team’s goal drought before the season is up.
Wilfred Zaha – Less impact this season in a frustrating campaign, but he has still played every match and has four goals to show for it.
Scott Dann – Defensive injuries have hampered Palace further and the experienced centre-back will lead the defence against Harry Kane and co.
Palace restarted the season with a fourth consecutive win, but have now lost seven from seven since – and often without scoring too. Their last three matches, away to Aston Villa, at home to Manchester United and away to Wolves, have all ended in 2-0 defeats.
Dele Alli is expected to return from injury for the final game of the season, meaning only Tanguy Ndombele and Eric Dier will be absent for this game – the former injured and the latter suspended. Jose Mourinho could keep faith with the side that beat Leicester last time out.
Harry Kane – Two goals in each of the last two matches have seen the fit-again England captain move to 17 league goals for the season.
Son Heung-Min – Scored in the wins against Arsenal and Newcastle and has reached double digits for both goals and assists this season despite a frustrating personal campaign.
Toby Alderweireld – The Belgian defender has shored up a leaky defence since his return and also scored against Arsenal.
Tottenham have kept their hopes of European qualification alive by taking 13 points from the last five matches after some poor, inconsistent form before that. Most recently, they have followed up their 2-1 North London derby win by beating Newcastle 3-1 – Son opening the scoring before Harry Kane’s second-half double sealed victory – and beating Leicester 3-0. Kane again scored twice, after an early own goal, in the most recent win.
