Bayern will see off their biggest rivals yet again, and they will book themselves a trip to yet another DFB Pokal final.
Bet365 have the following odds available for this match:
Bayern are at ½ to win, a draw is at 3/1, and a Borussia Dortmund win is at 11/2.
Dortmund's double chance odds are at 6/4. Bayern's are at just 1/9.
Both teams to score is at ½ for yes and 6/4 for no.
A 1-0 win for Bayern at the final whistle could bring you 20/1 odds if correct.
Reason: The bookmakers are definitely expecting goals to come from this match here, but they believe that Bayern are the side that should control it. Bayern are at home, they have a superior record, they are much higher in the table, and they just beat Dortmund handily a couple of weeks ago in the league at home.
Carlo Ancelotti will be unable to use goalkeeper Manuel Neuer and center back Javi Martinez for this match. Left back David Alaba is also a question mark, according to the Italian, so he is unlikely to be involved here.
Former Borussia Dortmund man Robert Lewandowski will once again look to haunt his former side on Wednesday night. The big Polish international made his name at Dortmund under Jurgen Klopp before moving on to Bayern Munich. And the 28 year old has a total of 39 goals to his name this season in 42 appearances to give him nearly a goal a game. He scored twice, including one from a penalty, earlier this month, so he does know how to hurt his former side and is very capable of being the difference maker in this match.
Bayern have two draws, two losses, and a win in their last five matches in all competitions. A 4-1 win over Dortmund on the eighth was their last success. After that, they lost 1-2 at home to Real Madrid in the Champions League before drawing 0-0 with Bayer Leverkusen the following weekend. They then lost 4-2 away to Real to see them eliminated from the Champions League. This past weekend, they drew 2-2 at home against Mainz.
How They Got Here- Bayern opened the cup with a 0-5 away win at Carl Zeiss in August. They then won home matches against Augsburg 3-1, Wolfsburg 1-0, and Schalke 3-0 to see them to the semi-final here.

Thomas Tuchel will continue to be without Mario Gotze (illness) and Marc Bartra (wrist injury following the bus bombing) for this match. Center back Sokratis, center midfielder Nuri Sahin, and winger Andre Schurrle also all miss out due to injuries as well.
Tuchel attempted to rest Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on Saturday, but he had to eventually succumb and bring him off the bench with about 30 minutes left to play. Aubameyang would end up scoring just two minutes after his arrival on to the pitch, making his manager look like a real genius. Aubameyang has 27 goals in the league now after his exploits Saturday, and that takes him up to 34 in total for the season in 40 matches. That leaves him a little behind Lewa, and this would be the perfect time for him to reduce the gap between the two. Aubameyang may not get many chances to score against the possession-crazed Bayern, so he must be absolutely deadly when he does get chances to do so.
Borussia Dortmund have two wins and three losses in their last five matches in all competitions. They lost 4-1 away to Bayern on the eighth, and then they lost 2-3 at home to AS Monaco the day after the bus bombing. A routine 3-1 win over Frankfurt was followed up by a 3-1 loss away to AS Monaco that saw them dumped out of the Champions League. They returned to winning ways on Saturday with a 2-3 away win to Borussia Monchengladbach.
How They Got Here- Dortmund have gotten a little lucky to get here. A 0-3 win away to Eintracht Trier was followed up with two penalty shootout wins. After 1-1 draws against Union Berlin and Hertha Berlin at home, they managed to win via penalties. They went to Sportfreunde in the quarterfinals, and they won 0-3 to reach this semi-final.
