Tottenham Hotspur will win this match.
These teams split the Premier League meetings last season, but Chelsea did manage to win their Wembley match in the FA Cup. Overall, that took Chelsea to a 60 to 45 lead in wins, with 35 draws. Here's a look at the latest five matches:

Bet365 have the following odds available for this match:
Spurs are at 21/20 to win, a draw is at 12/5, and a Chelsea win is at 5/2.
While we believe the ball is firmly in the court of Tottenham in this match, the odds look way to good to pass up on Chelsea. A punt on them in this situation wouldn't be the worst because they are given huge outsider status.
They aren't that far off of Spurs in reality, and at Wembley, the gap should narrow quite considerably. This isn't the easiest place to play for 'home' teams, and that has to be a factor.
Spurs should win, no doubt, but it would be unwise to at least make a play on Chelsea.
Both teams to score and a Spurs win, to hedge our bets, is at 3/1. Chelsea are going to concede goals here with their makeshift defence against this great attacking team, and it's going to fall to Spurs whether they can keep them out or not.
Spurs will be very disappointed if they don't get a big win from this match given all of the current woes that the Blues have all over the pitch. Spurs win and send a clear message to the whole of England.
Mauricio Pochettino will be without right winger Erik Lamela and left back Danny Rose due to injuries, as it's officially stated. However, Rose looks set to be leaving, or at the very least, will be punished for comments. Heung-Min Son returned last week and could be set to play a role here, while right back Kieran Trippier remains out with a ligament issue that kept him out of last week's opener in favor of Kyle Walker-Peters.
Spurs lost at Wembley back in April in the FA Cup to Chelsea 4-2, but for the first time they looked capable of truly competing at the top. Harry Kane showed that by not shrinking and by scoring a great goal to give them a chance. The striker can show that Spurs mean business this season here by helping his side pull six points clear of the Blues at this earliest of junctures.
Spurs have three wins and two losses in their last five matches. In the ICC, they won 2-4 against PSG before losing to Roma (2-3) and Manchester City (3-0). They finished preseason with a 2-0 win at Wembley over Juventus. Last week, they began their season with a 0-2 win at Newcastle.

Antonio Conte is without new midfield signing Tiemoue Bakayoko due to a knee problem, while key wide man Eden Hazard is out with an ankle injury. Pedro is an injury doubt for this clash as well. Conte also will be without center back Gary Cahill and center midfielder Cesc Fabregas after they both were sent off in last week's horror start to the campaign. Striker Diego Costa is forcing his way out, and is not even in the country at the moment. Victor Moses is eligible to return, and he should be joined in the starting lineup by Alvaro Morata for the first time. Who partners N'golo Kante in midfield is a huge question due to the injury of Bakayoko, the suspension of Fabregas, and the departure of Matic.
Alvaro Morata came off the bench last week to try and rescue Chelsea, and the Spaniard nearly did just that very thing. He'd been on the pitch no more than ten minutes when he popped up to head in for the Blues, giving them life in what had looked a hopeless affair. Even with nine men, the former Real Madrid man made them look dangerous. It will be a different proposition this time, though, and they need him to be at his very best to have a shot.
Chelsea have three losses, a draw, and a win in their last five matches. They beat Arsenal 0-3 in their first preseason friendly before participating in the ICC. They lost 2-3 against Bayern and 1-2 against Inter before drawing 1-1 against Arsenal in the Community Shield, eventually losing on penalties. They began the Premier League last week with a 2-3 loss at home to Burnley after playing with nine men.
