Watford have beaten Leicester 2-1 in each of their last three meetings at Vicarage Road. At Leicester, however, it has been a different story – Leicester winning the last three matches 2-0. Jamie Vardy and James Maddison were on target as the Foxes won 2-0 in December this year. Here are the results of the last five matches:

Watford might have a good record at home to Leicester City, but the Foxes had been enjoying a superb season before it was halted.
They had just got back to winning ways before the break too, smashing Aston Villa aside with Jamie Vardy adding two more goals to his tally for the season.
The former England striker will be key again up front, with 19 league goals in 26 appearances this season proving that, and Watford have their work cut out trying to stop him.
Nevertheless, former Leicester manager Nigel Pearson has overseen an upturn in form at Watford – which included victory against Liverpool just before the season was stopped.
It was their only win in seven, in a dip in form since Pearson had got the Hornets climbing out of trouble, but they go into the end of the season with survival in their hands.
That might change after this match though. Leicester are clear of Chelsea and too far behind Manchester City at the moment to consider finishing anywhere other than third.
But that is a fair reflection of a mostly excellent season for the Foxes.
If they can hit the ground running, they can finish the season strongly and cap a superb campaign with the ending it deserves.
Leicester are favourites to win this game and yet can still be backed at 11/10 with Betfair and Betway to do so.
They have scored plenty this season, with Jamie Vardy in fine form, and over 2.5 goals in this match will return 10/11 with Bet365.

Leicester City were in fine form prior to lockdown and are favourites to make a winning start on their return to action.
Watford have the biggest injury list of all the Premier League teams for football’s return. Of those doubtful, however, Adam Masina, Will Hughes, Roberto Pereyra, Kiko Femenia and Craig Cathcart all expected to shake off knocks. Isaac Success, Gerard Deulofeu and Daryl Janmaat are longer-term injury worries.
Troy Deeney – Vocal in his opposition to football’s restart but the Watford captain is fit and firing ahead of a match which holds very fond memories for him.
Ismaila Sarr – The Hornets’ hero in the win against Liverpool, the has six goals and four assists in total for the season.
Roberto Pereyra – Will be key if he can bounce back from injury, having scored five times so far this season.
Watford have won just one of their last seven matches but what a win it was – the Hornets beating Liverpool 3-0 to end the Reds’ hopes of an unbeaten season. Ismaila Sarr scored twice and Troy Deeney added the other in that game. They could not back it up away to Crystal Palace in their most recent game, however – suffering a 1-0 defeat at Selhurst Park.
With fixtures coming thick and fast, Dennis Praet might not be risked, but Ayoze Perez and Ryan Bennett are expected to be available. Daniel Amartey remains a long-term absentee, and Brendan Rodgers is not anticipating seeing Ricardo Pereira this season either.
Jamie Vardy – Another fine season in front of goal has seen him score 19 times in 26 appearances in the Premier League so far.
Harvey Barnes – Continued a breakthrough season in the top flight with his two goals against Villa – taking him to six in the league this season – in the Foxes’ last match.
James Maddison – Scored when these teams last met and the 23-year-old has six in total in the league this season as well as being central to Leicester’s attacking creativity.
After a dip in form at the end of February, Leicester had bounced back in what proved to be the final game before lockdown. The Foxes beat Aston Villa 4-0, with Harvey Barnes and Jamie Vardy each scoring twice in a dominant home win.
