Leicester have won all four home matches against Watford since their return to the Premier League, but Watford have triumphed in the last three at Vicarage Road – including their most recent meeting in March last year. Andre Gray scored a last-minute winner for the Hornets in that match, after Jamie Vardy had cancelled out Troy Deeney’s opener. Last time out at the King Power Stadium, however, Vardy and James Maddison scored in Leicester’s 2-0 home win.

Leicester beat the Saints 9-0 – a Premier League record for an away win – as Jamie Vardy scored three of the eight goals he has managed in his last six league appearances.
Watford, last weekend, took the lead but lost 2-1 to leave them stranded at the bottom of the Premier League table. Quique Sanchez Flores became the second Watford boss to lose his job this season as a result.
Former Hornets boss Brendan Rodgers, on the other hand, has led Leicester to five more victories since their game at St. Mary’s. It has lifted them to second in the Premier League.

Liverpool’s form means the title looks a long way off, but Leicester have nevertheless proved themselves best of the rest so far – and against Watford they should expect a big win.
Hayden Mullins’ brief tenure is not helped by the injury problems Watford are suffering – with Craig Dawson and Christian Kabasele both likely to be missing in defence.
If dealing with Vardy and co was not already going to be tough, it now looks even tougher.

Watford are in dreadful form, whereas Leicester are flying. This game should only go one way.
Demarai Gray could again miss out after suffering out, while Matty James is a long-term absentee. There are no other injury concerns for Leicester, however, who could be unchanged from the win against Everton. Kelechi Iheanacho is pushing for a start, however, after grabbing an assist and a dramatic late goal in the win against the Toffees.
Jamie Vardy – Back in top form in front of goal, the former England striker has scored eight goals in the last six league games – netting at least once in each of them.
James Maddison – The England international most recently scored against Arsenal prior to making his England debut.
Caglar Soyuncu – The Turkish defender has filled the void left by Harry Maguire’s departure in the summer with aplomb, emerging as one of the brightest talents in this team.
Leicester have won their last seven matches in a row in all competitions, including their record 9-0 away win at Southampton. More recently, they have won both matches since the international break – beating Brighton 2-0 thanks to Ayoze Perez and Jamie Vardy, before Vardy’s equaliser and Kelechi Iheanacho’s dramatic late winner earned the Foxes a 2-1 win against Everton.
Under-23s coach Hayden Mullins take charge of Watford after Quique Sanchez Flores was sacked by the Hornets for the second time. Their situation is not helped by their current injury situation – Craig Dawson’s facial injury ruled him out at the weekend, while Tom Cleverley, Daryl Janmaat, Christian Kabasele, Kiko Femenia, Sebastian Prodl and Danny Welbeck are also all on the injury list.
Gerard Deulofeu – With two goals and two assists this season, the Spaniard remains one of Watford’s key attacking players.
Roberto Pereyra – Fit again to ease some of the pressure on the Watford injury list, but he has not yet hit the heights of last season.
Ismaila Sarr – Proved he deserved his start ahead of Troy Deeney and Andre Gray last weekend when he scored to put the Hornets in front.
Watford’s only league win of the season came away to Norwich, when Gerard Deulofeu and Andre Gray scored in a 2-0 victory. A 3-0 home defeat against Burnley and a 2-1 away loss to Southampton – despite Ismaila Sarr putting them in front – have left them stranded at the bottom and cost Quique Sanchez Flores his job, however.
