Despite Juventus' poor (for them) performances of late, you have to just see them being favorites here.  Lazio haven't beaten Juve in a very long time, and it's hard to see how they are going to do so now.  Even with a tactical lineup that is meant to just about mirror Juve, it still should not be enough to defend the reigning champions.  Juve will see this one out as they trudge on toward another title.

The man to watch for Lazio remains to be Felipe Anderson.  Since a breakout season last year, he's continued to play well with a bit of an under-the-radar type of season.  He only has two goals to his name, but he has eight assists already.  He is very good at finding his teammates, so if the opposition tries to hold him back too much, they can find themselves in big trouble as he is a good passer.  He'll need to unlock the Juventus back line with quick passes into the channels and in behind if Lazio are to get a rare win against the Old Lady.

Lazio have four wins and one loss in their last five in all competitions.  They last played against Genoa in the Coppa Italia on Wednesday, and they won by a score of 4-2 at home.

Juventus will be steaming after that loss to Fiorentina. After they had seemingly gotten back on track after defeat to AC Milan in the SuperCoppa Italia, they have been pegged back again. They still have a match in hand, but people are wondering if they are going to continue to come back into the pack. This is a game that will test their resolve. If they win this, then they will likely once again be on their merry way towards another title. But a loss here sees the doors open wide for other clubs.

Juventus are one of two sides in Serie A to have a perfect record at home. Only Roma can also say that they have been unbeaten and untied. With that kind of record, it is easy to see how Juventus remain at the top of the table.
