Honduras are going to still have that lost to the US in their minds, and Costa Rica's talent will eventually capitalize on it.
Bovada have the following odds available for this match:
Honduras are at +310 to win, a draw is at +105, and a Costa Rica win is at +225
Both teams to score is at -105 for yes and -130 for no.
A 1-0 win for Honduras at full time is at +800.
Reason: Costa Rica are favored here because they are currently a much better team. They will be traveling, and that is always tough in CONCACAF, but they don't have a 6-0 loss that they will be reeling from in their previous match.
Colombian manager Jorge Luis Pinto has a big job on his hand in this one. What does he do here? He's obviously played as strong a side as he could against the Americans, but it did not work. Does he decide to change his team up or stick to the same and risk another defeat that would almost eliminate them? He does appear to have a problem as starting left midfielder Romell Quioto had to come off in the 43rd minute, so he will likely not be available.
After that embarrassment in San Jose, California, there will be an inquest into this team. The back line will have to improve, and that will be up to the captain Maynor Figueroa, formerly of Wigan fame. Figueroa has been in big matches in England before, helping the Latics stave off relegation for longer than they probably deserved. He needs to bring all of his skill and his know-how if they are to survive against another very tough Ticos side.
Honduras have one win in the group with two losses. On Thursday, they took a major beating in the United States by a score of 6-0.

Oscar Ramirez will likely keep to just about the same lineup that played in Mexico. It's always tough to get results in Azteca, so they shouldn't be all that discouraged to not have came away with anything. They still have a strong side and they look to remain full strength here.
Striker Joel Campbell doesn't start too often for this Costa Rica side, but he still manages to have a big impact when he does get the nod to come off the bench. Campbell scored twice in the outing against the US last November from the bench, and in a tight game he's just the perfect player to turn to. Campbell is strong, quick, and he can supply a good finish as well. This will be a tight match, and he might just be needed to come on and turn the game into the Ticos' favor.
Costa Rica started the Hex with two wins, but they lost on Thursday in Mexico 2-0.
