Venezuela have a terrible history against Chile, and they will do little to change that here. Chile gets a comfortable win to ease some of their worries.
Bet365 have the following odds available for this match:
Chile are at 1/5 to win, a draw is at 11/2, and a Venezuela win is at 12/1.
The double chance odds for a Venezuelan win or draw are at 7/2. The same for Chile is just 1/20.
Both teams to score has been set to 10/11 for yes and no.
A 1-0 win for Chile at the final whistle could bring you 18/1 odds if correct.
Reason: Chile are big favorites because they are in a much better run of form at the moment. Venezuela have had a horrid qualifying campaign, and they also have a poor record overall against Chile.
Juan Antonio Pizzi will be able to use Arturo Vidal after his suspension has ended. Alexis Sanchez and Gary Medel overcame slight injury worries to play against Argentina, so they might be used a little less than usual if the score allows them to be.
After missing the Argentina match, Arturo Vidal should return for this one. Vidal is such a force in the center of midfield. He is capable of doing so many things, and that's why he's such a constant in the Bayern Munich setup. Vidal passes very well, is a great tackler, and he can also score goals as well. He has already earned 86 caps for Chile at the age of 29, and he's probably on course for well over 100 if he continues playing. Look for him to be the player that truly makes Chile tick.
Chile have two losses, two wins, and one draw in their last five qualifiers. They lost 1-0 on Thursday in Argentina to a Lionel Messi penalty.

Rafael Dudamel decided to go with a three man front line against Peru, and they scored two goals as a result. With very little on the line, save maybe his job, he might do that again against Chile in order to try and take all three points and raise the morale around the side and the country as a whole. He certainly has better forward players, so this seems a very wise strategy to get his best players on the pitch together.
Four years ago, Salomon Rondon was regarded very highly in South American football. Many people saw him as a great rival to the rising stars of James and Alexis, but his star has since faded slightly after moving to West Brom. For a while, he played well, but he's come up to a dry spell of late that has seriously impacted his chances at international level due to the play of Josef Martinez. But if the two are to be played together, it can seriously rejuvenate Rondon as he will have a quick player around him. He has 18 goals for the Venezuelan side, but they will all be hoping for even more here.
Venezuela have one draw, three losses, and one win in their last five qualifiers. They drew 2-2 at home with Peru on Thursday to lift their mood just a little.
